Join us in supporting public education in the Hopkins school district! Join us in supporting your local Hmong-American farmers who have been growing the most glorious produce and flowers in MN for decades! Join us in making sure the local food and flowers continue to be available in our communities!
Order your bouquet or veggie box a la carte (for pickup in June, July, or August) or subscribe for the entire 3-bouquet or 3-box season every month in the summer. Every bouquet is home grown in MN featuring a mix of blooms, lovingly hand-crafted by our farmers. Every box will contain an assortment of peak season vegetables and herbs, along with favorite recipes from our community chefs.
You will pick up your box and / or bouquet at Tanglen Elementary (10901 Hillside Ln W, Minnetonka, MN 55305) June 15th, July 13th, and/or August 17th 10-2pm. Delivery also available for an additional $29 and your box will arrive by 5pm! Friendly Hmong Farms will donate $10 for every bouquet or box purchased to support all Hopkins elementary schools.
